Jacqueline Bobo
Director of Human Resources and Operations

Mrs. Bobo maintains an active nursing licensure which she has held for 15 years, 10 of those years encompassed providing part-time nursing services within the Developmental Disability Waiver in New Mexico. Mrs. Bobo, has provided oversight, direction and development of nursing services.

For 8 years Mrs. Bobo built and sustained a Human Resources Department to include, operations for a residential service provider working with adults with developmental disabilities. In this position she gained skills and knowledge on the creation and direction over a training department, all employment practices from on-boarding through separations, policy creation, revisions and implementation, working with third-parties such as Workers Compensation, Department of Workforce Solutions, etc. and managing employment and contractual payments.

In 2015 she was contracted to develop and implement all required NMAC regulations for the opening of and satisfactory completion of initial state survey for a residential living facility.

In 2018 Mrs. Bobo implemented her knowledge and skills learned to provide Heartwell Services with an exquisite Human Resources and Operations department.

Kelley Krinke
Director of Supported Living-Program

Ms. Krinke has been coordinating services for adults with developmental disabilities for 19 years. With Ms. Krinke’s experience of multiple service to include Day Habilitations, Sheltered Workshops, Customized In-Home supports, and Residential living. She has found the latter part of her career, to be focused on Supported Living settings with a heavy emphasis on crisis placement and programming for adults with Autism. 

Ms. Krinke held a directorial position for the 5 years, during that time she had received and provided specialized training from out of state treatment facilities specifically related to the successful transition of adults with autism from an institutional setting to a community integrated setting. Due to her success, the transitioned Individuals can participate as part of our community while being accompanied by knowledgeable care givers. 

Ms. Krinke has extensive knowledge and experience in working in conjunction with agency Nurses, she has provided oversight regarding medical needs and requirements. Ms. Krinke is well-versed in Developmental Disabilities Support Division standards and guidelines for nursing services with the Developmental Disabilities Waiver.  Ms. Krinke is also a Developmental Disabilities Support Division trainer for mandated state trainings.

Terri Corrao
Director of Family Living and Customized In-Home Supports

Mrs. Corrao, has 27 years of experience in the field of residential care provisions. The initial 8 years, Ms. Corrao worked in a variety of roles providing and overseeing services to children in residential treatment facilities that were dual diagnosed. She became well versed in the programming and administrative requirements associated with federal and state funded residential services.

The remainder of her career, Mrs. Corrao has been providing residential program coordination and program directorial oversight for adults with disabilities through the Developmental Disability Waiver. With a heavy emphasis on Family Living services, Mrs. Corrao has worked in multiple service models, such as Family Living Services, Adult Habilitation and Customized In-Home Supports, which have provided a wealth of knowledge for program development and implementation. As an advocate for the Individual served, and ensures regulatory requirements are followed, Mrs. Corrao has found the delicate balance in implementing and enhancing the programs of Individuals served. Mrs. Corrao is also a Developmental Disabilities Support Division trainer for mandated state trainings.
