Director of Family Living and Customized In-Home Supports

Terri started her career in the field of residential care provisions in 1994 . For the first 8 years Terri worked in a variety of roles providing and overseeing services to dual diagnosed children in residential treatment facilities. Through this experience she became well versed in the programmatic and administrative requirements associated with federal and state funded residential services.

Since 2002 till today, Terri has been providing residential program coordination and program directorial oversight for adults with disabilities through the Developmental Disability Waiver. With a heavy emphasis on Family Living services, Terri has worked in multiple service models, such as Family Living Services, Adult Habilitation, and Customized In-Home Supports which have provided a wealth of knowledge for program development and implementation.

As an advocate for the Individual served, and enforcer of regulatory requirements, Terri has found the delicate balance in implementing and enhancing the programs of the Individual.
